I've competed at Weymouth Speed Week on a couple of occasions, recording my best time of 27.35 knots on a 500m track. I've also done the same course, in a force 9 (strong gale) by being body dragged by one of my 8ft Powerfoil kites. Its very different flying the kits when your in the water ...... you can't react as quickly as you can on terra firma.
